What is included in the tours?

The tour is all-inclusive. It includes tasting samples at all of the stops and a hot drink. There is no need to purchase anything additional. If you would like to buy any additional products or souvenirs at the shops we visit, this is totally up to you.

What is the group size?

Each tour has a maximum of 6 participants. If you’re a larger group please visit the bespoke tours section or contact us. We do require a minimum of two guests to run a tour.

What is the cancellation policy?

Unfortunately refunds are not permitted. If you would like to change the date/time of your tour, this can be done up until two weeks before with no additional fee. Please contact us with your name and date of tour booked to do so.

Are children allowed?

Yes, children are welcome on the tour. If you are a group with a few children, we recommend that you book a private tour so that the tour can be geared towards the younger guests.

How much do we eat?

Each stop includes a signature item of the café or shop. For example, this could be a cupcake, ice cream or slice of cake. You can count on the equivalent of approximately 4 desserts. All can be enjoyed during the tour or you can take them away with you. For the Sugar & Spice Tour, come very hungry! For the other tours, it is recommend that you eat something savoury before to prevent a full sugar rush!

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes! You can purchase them on the 'Book Now' page by selecting the tour type and then number of tickets. It will then ask if you would like to purchase as a voucher. Contact us if you're having trouble! Gift vouchers are valid for six months from the date of purchase.

Food allergies or intolerances?

If you have any food allergies or intolerances, please contact us prior to your tour and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements.

How much walking is there?

Approximately 1 mile or 1.5 kilometers walking. We will be sitting for approximately 45 minutes of the tour but the rest of the time will be walking or standing. There will be restrooms available. If you have reduced mobility, it is recommended that you book a private tour and then the amount of walking can be tailored to your needs.

Where is the meeting point (start and finish)?

The exact meeting point will be confirmed with the purchase of your ticket via email.

What should I wear and bring?

Comfortable shoes and weather-appropriate clothing. London and Paris both have unpredictable weather so an umbrella is recommended or of course you can buy one of ours!  The tours run rain or shine.

How can I buy the Sweet Tooth Tours tote bags and/or umbrellas?

When purchasing your tour tickets, you can add on an umbrella and/or tote bag and you will receive them on the tour. If you would like to purchase them without the purchase of a tour ticket, please contact us.
